The first one is a disorder of the PNS or peripheral nervous system; while the latter is a condition where one or two nerves don’t function properly. Since radiculopathy usually concerns the nerve roots, it isn’t usually connected with neuropathy. However, there are some cases where the peripheral nerves are concerned as well.
